As an associate, you will work alongside more experienced colleagues on a range of finance-related projects and transactions. Your tasks will include drafting, commenting on, and reviewing legal documents, carrying out research, dealing with authorities, and coordinating projects. As a senior associate, your role in projects will focus both on legal questions and project management. You will have the opportunity to use your mentoring and coaching skills when working with project teams, as well as contribute to the client work and business development. Skills and Requirements We are now looking for a team member who: has approximately 2–4 years (associate) or 4+ years (senior associate) of practical experience as a lawyer is interested in all types of debt transactions experience in project finance and infrastructure and energy projects is considered an advantage strives for premium quality and is service-minded possesses strong interpersonal skills is fluent in Finnish and English Most of all, we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
