Myyjä Kuopioon / Kattokeskus

We are looking for a showroom/field sales candidate for our customer Kattokeskus in Kuopio, to a permanent full-time position. The job is full-time and mainly daytime, with occasional evening customer visits. Kattokeskus provides customers with the market’s best roof services, using high-quality materials and their own installers. A strong partnership between sales and installation ensures high quality. New employees are introduced to their tasks and made part of the team; experienced roof specialists and installers freely share knowledge with newcomers. As skills grow, more responsibility and opportunities to improve methods are offered. Learn more at www.kattokeskus.fi. In roof sales, your work is active field sales: you will meet new people daily, assess the condition of their roof, and help them find the right solution for their situation. Your day comprises customer acquisition, customer visits, and closing deals. Customer acquisition is done by phone, door-to-door, and occasionally at stands and trade shows. As you grow, you will also receive ready-made leads to handle. In roof sales, the emphasis is on activity, goal orientation, and courage to face customers face-to-face. The best preparation comes from prior sales experience or experience in the construction industry, but the most important is the right attitude, social skills, and willingness to learn to become a professional salesperson. A driving license is required because the job is mobile, and conversations with customers are conducted mainly in Finnish. We offer: our own Kattokeskus training path to help you become a professional salesperson; strong team and supervisor support; Mondays begin with a joint sales meeting to share successes and develop skills together; our workplace is Great Place to Work certified; freedom to sell in your own style; competitive pay: base salary of 1,000 €/month, average commission of 750 €/sale; typically 5–7 roof replacements sold per month yielding about 6,000 €/month; no cap on commissions; high-quality tools and support including company car and MacBook. Interested? Send your application and CV via Osuma’s online form. We interview during the application period, and the role will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
