EUC-tjänstekoordinator

We are looking for an EUC Service Coordinator to join the Country IT Finland / EUC Services organization. The two open positions will be located in Tampere and Turku, Finland. The roles are permanent and full-time. The EUC Service Coordinator will take a central role in EUC services and own day-to-day operations for end-user support (L2) across Finland, promoting automation and AI agents in support processes. L2 support provides a seamless continuation from L1 and aims to resolve incidents and service requests through a single point of contact. The role requires close collaboration with Global ServiceDesk, local and global support teams, internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of IT services, efficient handling of tickets and up-to-date support documentation. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operation, quality and performance of EUC services; resolving or routing end-user requests to the appropriate team; training and developing AI-powered support agents and increasing automation with high-quality knowledge base articles, documentation and support instructions; maintaining knowledge of local applications and guidelines; supporting local IT procurement in line with Sandvik standards and approved hardware models; guiding end-users in selecting suitable laptops, tablets and devices. Background: You have a good understanding of IT support services and enjoy working closely with end users, support teams and stakeholders. Your working style is methodical and service-oriented, and you can coordinate day-to-day operational activities and participate in continuous improvement. Requirements: Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, services and support functions; team leadership and coordination skills; hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration (forms, workflows, service catalog items, UI customization) is a big plus; ITIL knowledge; experience with AI-powered support solutions and knowledge management; strong communication and facilitation skills; fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken).
