Flamingo Bowl is seeking new franchise entrepreneurs to grow the chain in Finland. Flamingo Bowl is a modern fast casual restaurant concept built around fresh bowl dishes. The concept already operates a restaurant in Helsinki city centre, Forum shopping centre, and we are now looking for a new franchise entrepreneur to run this ready-made restaurant. We also seek franchise entrepreneurs for other locations in Helsinki and the greater Helsinki area. We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded people who want to build their own business using a ready concept. As a franchise entrepreneur you start your own company and are responsible for the operation and profitability of your restaurant. You do not start from scratch you will get a ready-made Flamingo Bowl concept, brand, products, operating models and the group’s know‑how and support. The concept is compact and well suited for a mall environment. Previous entrepreneurship experience is not mandatory. More important is that you want to take responsibility for your business and be actively involved in the restaurant’s operations. We value customer‑oriented attitude, interest in restaurant business, ability to lead people and to be part of a growing chain. Starting a franchise also requires sufficient financial means. The final investment depends on the location and the restaurant chosen. What you get from the group: a ready concept and operating models and support to start and develop the business. The franchisee does not need to build the concept, products, brand and operating models from scratch. The chain continuously develops the concept and the franchisee joins a shared business model.
