As an early childhood educator you will be the pedagogical lead of your team and an inspiring enabler. You will be responsible for planning your group’s activities and the high-quality vasuprosess to Touhula’s pedagogical annual plan, utilizing Touhula Rhythm. Core responsibilities include: Pedagogical leadership: manage daily pedagogy, small-group activities, and creating versatile and safe learning environments. Individual support: plan and assess support measures in collaboration with multidisciplinary networks. Customer experience: ensure high-quality customer communication and foster a positive atmosphere that families perceive. Team support: develop inclusive feedback culture and support colleagues with the strengths of the team.
