Service Provision Manager

Service Provision Manager, Cybersecurity. Join CGI’s cybersecurity services as we grow the Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Helsinki. As a Service Provision Manager you act as a central link between customers, sales, service management and SOC operations. You ensure customer requirements are transformed into practical, compliant and effective cybersecurity services. You are responsible for successful deployments and service handovers, coordinating compliance and governance activities, and participating in cybersecurity services proposals and presales work. Location is Helsinki with a flexible hybrid work model. Your team will focus on delivering cybersecurity services such as SOC, cloud security, EDR technologies, vulnerability management and factory automation security. Requirements include strong understanding of cybersecurity services and technologies, experience with customer-facing roles, onboarding deployments, project and stakeholder management, RFP/RFI/proposal processes, ability to translate customer needs into actionable service models, experience with operational process development and documentation, practical experience with AI in similar advisory/customer-management/service-management roles, excellent collaboration, communication and facilitation skills, and fluent Finnish and English.
