We are a knowledgeable and development-oriented team responsible for processing service vouchers for elderly services in Lapin well-being region. We work closely with customers, relatives, service providers and professionals from different services. Our work combines customer orientation with continuous development and legal know-how. In our everyday work we solve a variety of situations together, and colleague support is never far away even though we work in multiple locations. As a Customer Fee Specialist you will determine the value of service vouchers for elderly services and handle related expert duties in accordance with applicable law and the well-being region's guidelines. Your tasks include preparing and making official decisions, advising and guiding customers, relatives, service providers and staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service voucher and customer charge processes. You will also participate in developing procedures and customer-related expert work. What the job requires: ability to work independently and good collaboration and communication skills; customer-oriented approach, thoroughness and organizational ability; solid IT skills and willingness to use various information systems. What we value in education: experience in customer charge or service voucher tasks, knowledge of social and health care systems, familiarity with elderly care processes, ability to prepare decisions, and good written communication skills. Experience with customer information systems and handling financial matters is also valued. A suitable professional qualification or higher education degree is required. Employment terms follow HYVTES. A 6-month probationary period applies. We follow vaccination requirements as required by health and contagious disease laws.
