We are looking for a service manager to lead our service area across the Lapland and North Ostrobothnia region. The role involves leading a team, taking responsibility for customers, personnel and business development, and ensuring service quality, efficiency and profitability. The manager will operate between customers, staff and internal stakeholders, influence the customer experience and team performance, drive change and develop operations long term. The position includes responsibility for the service area’s operations and customer relationships, quality and efficiency, and a sales-oriented approach with identification of new business opportunities. Daily leadership of staff, support for wellbeing, and overall management of finances, resources and profitability are required. The role requires a suitable education, for example a university degree. Prior experience in supervisory roles and/or service business is advantageous but not mandatory. You should understand financial metrics and profitability, work customer-orientated with a sales mindset, identify customer needs and offer fitting solutions. You are a people-focused, fair and consistent leader who can motivate, develop and coach your team. You will emphasize responsibility, solution-oriented thinking, business-minded approach and ability to lead whole functions, and you will actively promote an equal and respectful workplace. The role requires a valid driver’s license and own car as you will move between locations across the region.
