In this practical role you will act as a key link between sales and production, ensuring that the plastic basins, tanks, machine frames and piping solutions for industrial needs are manufactured to a high standard and on schedule. You will be responsible for smooth project progress, having materials in the right place at the right time, and keeping daily production running efficiently. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will actively participate in production and installation work with the team, so you are genuinely involved in hands-on production. We are looking for a person who thrives among people and production, drives tasks forward in a planned way, and creates the best possible conditions for success. You should be cooperative and approachable, but also a firm decision-maker when needed. Your duties include: daily production leadership and organizing work, scheduling and monitoring production projects, procurement and management of materials and project supplies, collaboration between sales and production, supporting installers and ensuring smooth work, participation in manufacturing, installation and maintenance work, and utilizing CNC machines and other production equipment as part of operations. What we expect from you: you can come from plastics, metal, machine shop, or other manufacturing environments. Experience in production supervision or coordination is more important than educational background. You should be able to read technical drawings and have practical experience in manufacturing. You should be able to grasp overviews and prioritise tasks, have fluent Finnish, and hold a B-class driving licence (for occasional customer visits). We also value experience with CNC machines, installation, maintenance, or development of production environments. English is an asset.
