Three drivers are sought for a full-time job and weekend shifts for part-time; primarily starting in January 2027. Work location is Hämeenlinna, starting at MustaLux's car hall. No prior taxi experience is required; being reliable, able to get along with different people, and doing the job well is already a strong start. We train new drivers and can cover the cost of obtaining a taxi license if needed. Work shifts are arranged to fit other life circumstances. Some will work full-time day shifts, others weekend shifts a few per month. Weekend shifts are particularly good for students or those seeking extra income. Commission-based pay with a safety fund (guaranteed takuu-kassa) to ensure income even on slow days. We invest in equipment; our fleet’s average age is under two years, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant ride. Our operations include school transport, Kelan rides, pre-orders, airport transfers, corporate rides, special transports, VIP transport, and our own market-based taxi operations. We value neat fleet, reliability, and good service, and we expect the same from new drivers. Age does not determine suitability; we welcome applicants of all ages and backgrounds. We are growing and listening to drivers’ ideas. We aim to retain good employees and offer flexible scheduling and a friendly workplace for the coming years. Location: Hämeenlinna.
