We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee banks’ capital adequacy, recovery plans and business models. The role is based in an office responsible for banks’ capital adequacy and liquidity supervision, assessing the impact of various risks on banks’ solvency and liquidity, and setting qualitative and quantitative additional capital and liquidity requirements. The team also handles horizontal risk area tasks in banking supervision, including preparation of regulations and guidelines, participation in regulatory development at national and EU level, and producing thematic assessments. You will participate in supervising capital adequacy, recovery plans and business models in collaboration with our team of experts, evaluating banks’ operations and performance against the regulatory framework using tools provided by the supervisory authorities (e.g., the authorities’ prudential supervision tools). You may be required to challenge banks’ procedures and practices and handle demanding situations. You will also engage in project-based activities across offices and departments, including on-site audits.
