EUC Service Coordinator

Would you like to play a key role in developing modern end-user support services and improving the IT experience for staff in Finland? We are now looking for an EUC Service Coordinator to join Country IT Finland / EUC Services. There are two open positions, located in Tampere and Turku. The roles are permanent and full-time. Key duties You will play a central role in EUC services and own daily operations. You will ensure high-quality, efficient end-user support (L2) in Finland and promote automation and AI agents in daily support processes. L2 support acts as a seamless extension of L1 support and aims to resolve incidents and service requests through a single point of contact. You will work closely with Global ServiceDesk, local and global support teams, internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of IT services, efficient handling of support requests and up-to-date support documentation. Your responsibilities: • Coordinate the daily operation, quality and performance of EUC services • Resolve and document end-user support requests or route them to the appropriate team • Train and develop AI-based support agents and increase the share of automated solutions with high-quality knowledge base articles, documentation and support instructions • Maintain knowledge of local applications and guidelines • Support local IT procurement in line with Sandvik standards and approved device models • Guide end-users in selecting laptops, tablets, phones and device configurations Background You have a good understanding of IT support services and enjoy working close to end-users, support teams and service stakeholders. Your work style is systematic and service-minded, and you can coordinate daily operational activities and participate in continuous improvement. We expect: • Solid understanding of corporate IT environments, services and support operations • Team leadership and coordination skills • Practical experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration, such as forms, workflows, service catalog items and UI customization, considered a plus • ITIL fundamentals • Experience with AI-based support solutions and knowledge management • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken) We offer an interesting role with opportunities to work with modern support models, including automation, AI agents and knowledge management development, and a significant role in improving end-user IT support and service quality in Finland.
