Full methodology: how the Employer Score works
Scores are on a 0–100 scale. When many employers sit close together (for example in the high 30s to low 40s), the list is still ordered by those signals—#1 reflects the strongest combination in this cohort on the dimensions we measure, and lower ranks are often separated by small margins rather than a huge quality gap.
