Who the agreement covers
Autoliikennealojen toimihenkilöitä koskeva työehtosopimus on valtakunnallinen. Sillä määrätään sen soveltamisalaa koskevan määräyksen mukaan autoliikennealoilla työskentelevien konttoritoimihenkilöiden, liikenteenjärjestelytoimihenkilöiden, huoltokorjaamoiden teknisten toimihenkilöiden ja terminaalien työnjohtajien työehdot.Does it apply to every employer in the field?
Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
