Who the agreement covers
Farmaseuttisen henkilöstön työehtosopimus on valtakunnallinen. Sitä noudatetaan sen soveltamisalaa koskevan määräyksen mukaan apteekeissa farmaseuttien, proviisorien ja farmasiaoppilaiden työsuhteisiin. Sopimus sitoo sopijaosapuolten jäseniä.Does it apply to every employer in the field?
Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
