Who the agreement covers
Työvoimanvuokrausalan taloushallinto-, tietojenkäsittely- ja toimistotehtävissä olevia vuokratoimihenkilöitä koskeva työehtosopimus on valtakunnallinen. Sitä noudatetaan sen soveltamisalaa koskevan määräyksen mukaan sellaisten työvoimanvuokrausalan yritysten palveluksessa olevien vuokratoimihenkilöiden työsuhteisiin, joka hoitavat käyttäjäyrityksissä taloushallinto-, tietojenkäsittely- ja toimistotehtäviä.Does it apply to every employer in the field?
Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
