Työehtosopimus korvaa aiemman samannimisen sopimuksen, jossa oli toisena työnantajapuolena Palvelualojen työnantajat PALTAn sijasta Erityispalvelujen Työnantajaliitto ry.Does it apply to every employer in the field?
Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
