Who the agreement covers
Puusepänteollisuuden toimihenkilöitä koskeva työehtosopimus on valtakunnallinen. Sitä noudatetaan sen soveltamisalaa koskevan määräyksen mukaan Puusepänteollisuus ry:n jäsenten puusepänteollisuutta harjoittavien yksiköiden palveluksessa teknisissä ja toimistotehtävissä toimiviin toimihenkilöihin.Does it apply to every employer in the field?
Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
