Who the agreement covers

Tanssinopettajia koskeva työehtosopimus on valtakunnallinen. Sopimuksessa määrätään taidetanssin opetusta harjoittavien yhteisöjen palveluksessa olevien opettajien työ- ja palkkaehdot. Sopimus ei koske rehtoreita eikä johtotehtävissä työskenteleviä.

Does it apply to every employer in the field?

Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
