Who the agreement covers
Teatterialan työehtosopimus on valtakunnallinen. Sen piiriin kuuluvat soveltamisalaa koskevan määräyksen mukaan ammattiteattereiden työntekijät. Sopimusta ei kuitenkaan sovelleta tilapäisiin tehtäviin enintään kolmen kuukauden pituiseksi määräajaksi otettuihin niihin työntekijöihin, jotka eivät osallistu varsinaiseen teatterityöhön.Does it apply to every employer in the field?
Yes. The Confirmation Board has found this agreement generally binding (yleissitova), so its minimum terms apply to every employer in its field, including employers who are not members of the signing employer federation. Your employment contract cannot agree on anything worse than these terms.
