How the CV matching works
We read the job posting and pick out what it asks for: the role, the must-have skills and the experience it emphasises.
Your profile entries are reordered so the most relevant experience comes first, and their descriptions are reworded to use the language of the posting.
Skills are chosen only from your own skills list, word for word. If a skill isn't on your profile, it won't appear on the CV.
Every line of the tailored CV must trace back to an entry in your profile. Anything that cannot is dropped automatically before you see it, so no invented employers, titles, dates or degrees.
