Finance Manager

Vaso is seeking a Finance Manager as our longtime head of finance retires. The Finance Manager leads Vaso’s finance function, financing and reporting, and develops financial administration. They will lead a three-person finance team, sit on the management team and work closely with the CEO, especially on investments and financing. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and closing; managing financing, cash flow, debt and collateral arrangements; participating in investment and major renovation financial planning and governance; developing financial processes and automation; and acting as the supervisor of the finance team. The position requires a relevant higher education degree in finance and strong ability to communicate financial matters clearly to executives, boards and residents. Experience in real estate, construction, rental housing or other capital-intensive industries is preferred. The company offers a leadership role, meaningful work in a non-profit, a stable operating environment and flexible working arrangements mainly at the Turku office. Salary based on experience between 5500–6000 EUR per month with bonus opportunities and generous benefits including meal and wellness benefits and comprehensive occupational health care.
