Requirements: Experience in supporting card processing systems at least 1 year or 2 years of any payment processing systems Knowledge of the principles of Card Processing Operations of the authorization and clearing part Hands-on experience with any logging system (Splunk, CloudWatch, DataDog, etc.) Knowledge of the HTTP protocol of the application layer, experience with the API-browsers (Postman, Swagger, etc.) PL/SQL - writing simple CRUD queries Nice to have: Experience with Core Banking System, (experience with Temenos would be your benifit) Experience with KYC/KYB (like SumSub, etc.) Experience with SmartVista Any experience with Banking as a Service products Hands-on with SalesForce Responsibilities: Communication with client's support representatives in Slack chats Escalation of tickets to Engineers of the Card Processing Team Online monitoring of the in-house card-processing system Analysis of system events - system logs, etc. Reception and processing of reverse tasks from internal teams Performing and automation of routine procedures (including AI automation tools): file exchange, running of system scheduled tasks Setting up emulators of payment systems (setting up test/pre-prod environments) Join Unlimit Team now!
