<p>Purpose in Every Position</p><p>Pebl’s Global Work Platform enables companies to hire, pay, and manage employees in 185+ countries. This role sits at the heart of Pebl's global payroll partner ecosystem, spanning 126 countries and 175+ active partners. You will own the day-to-day mechanics of how Pebl sources, activates, governs, and sustains its network of ICPs and MSPs, ensuring our global operations remain compliant, cost-effective, and scalable.</p><p>Responsibilities include Partner Sourcing & Activation, Contract Negotiation & Governance, and Partner Maintenance & Operational Excellence, with cross-functional collaboration across Payroll, Experience, Product, and Onboarding teams. You will also contribute to knowledge bases and governance workflows. Requirements include 5+ years in global partner management or similar roles within multinational environments; strong RFP, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management experience.
