**We are seeking two service advisors for fixed-term employment to join the Ruka experience services and ski school team.** Service advisors play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of experience services and the ski school. The service advisor is often the first person our customers encounter when interested in experience or ski school services. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, booking management, and the daily coordination of the office. You will work in close cooperation with guides, ski instructors, and other units to ensure that the customer journey proceeds smoothly from the first contact to a successful experience. Your duties include: - customer service at service points, by phone, and via electronic channels, as well as selling experience services and ski school products based on the customer's wishes and needs. - receiving, making, and modifying bookings and ensuring the accuracy of customer, product, and booking information. - processing changes, cancellations, and payments, and ensuring that customers have all necessary information before the service begins. - supporting the daily activities of guides and ski instructors by preparing customer lists and ensuring smooth information flow. - working closely with the rental shop, ticket sales, slope staff, and other partners. - participating in daily office tasks and the continuous development of the customer experience. We hope you have: - experience in customer service or sales - an active and sales-oriented approach to work - good organizational and cooperation skills - good stress tolerance and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - good IT skills and the ability to learn and adopt new systems, as we manage our services using several different systems - fluent skills in Finnish and English; other language skills are considered an advantage - interest in the tourism and experience industry.
