IROResearch, a market and opinion research company owned by Keskisuomalainen, is seeking phone interviewers for market and public opinion studies. The role involves conducting telephone interviews using a data collection system. Interviews are conducted at the Helsinki office on weekdays 08:00–19:00 and weekends 12:00–18:00; in Jyväskylä office 10:00–18:00 on weekdays. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training; success is based on attitude. Your workplace can be in Helsinki or Jyväskylä. We offer flexible workdays and the opportunity to influence your own shifts, with a minimum shift length of 5 hours. The task operates on a performance-based pay model, with average earnings around €11.50 per hour before allowances. The per-interview compensation is decided in real time according to difficulty.
