Welcome to our team at the Child Psychiatry Clinic! We are seeking a psychologist for a permanent position at Lapin Central Hospital's Child Psychiatry Clinic in Rovaniemi. At the Child Psychiatry Clinic, we examine and treat children under 13 with psychological symptoms and support their families in various life challenges and crisis situations. The work is carried out in close cooperation with primary health care, social services, student health services, and other networks involved in the child's and family's daily life. As a psychologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values clinical expertise, collaboration, and continuous professional development. Your tasks will include: - Psychological assessments and evaluations - Planning and implementing treatment and rehabilitation in cooperation with the child, family, and network - Participating in multidisciplinary treatment processes - Providing psychological consultations within the multidisciplinary team. Employment terms are governed by the current SOTE agreement. The position includes a six (6) month probation period. We follow the vaccination requirements as per the law on infectious diseases. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as specified in section 6, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Records Act before starting the job.
