Customer Service Representative

The Data Services unit provides data services to customers regarding properties, apartments, geodata and maps. Our customers include private individuals, authorities and companies. The unit employs about 140 people in customer service roles. We are seeking two customer service representatives for permanent positions in the customer service unit at the Maanmittauslaitos Oulu office starting 1 December 2026 (or by agreement). The work in customer service at Maanmittauslaitos is varied and dynamic; no week is the same as the previous one. As a customer service representative you will provide information and guidance to authorities and other customers on, for example, real estate transactions (e.g. subdivision, border determination, private information transactions), registration of ownership of real estate and apartments, and the electronic services and maps of the organisation. You will also make official decisions in registering ownership of apartments. In customer service, service is provided at the counter and nationwide by phone, chat, online form and email. You will be part of the customer service team which agrees on shifts for the service point. The team also helps and supports you in getting acquainted with the tasks.
