In the summer season, you will be responsible for the bar operations of Europe's largest rooftop terrace, and in the winter season, you will lead the daily operations of a stylish Lounge Bar. In this position, you will be able to influence customer experience, sales, and the development of the bar concept. What will you be doing? As a shift manager, you are the heart and engine of the bar. You are responsible for ensuring that the service works seamlessly, the atmosphere is right, and the team has the best possible conditions to succeed. Your duties include, among other things: - Managing the daily operations of the bar during your shift - Customer service and preparing high-quality drinks - Planning, developing, and brainstorming drink lists - Guiding, motivating, and onboarding the team - Inventory management and ensuring product availability What do we expect from you? You already have strong experience in the bar world and a desire to take responsibility. You enjoy leading people, busy situations, and goal-oriented work. We hope that you have: - At least two years of experience in supervisory roles - Excellent customer service and interaction skills - Ability to operate effectively even in busy situations - A positive, solution-oriented, and development-minded attitude - Genuine passion for the restaurant industry, drink culture, and experiential service What do we offer?
