Requirements
- PMO, portfolio management or project portfolio experience
- understanding of value-based prioritization and strategy-aligned governance
- ability to consolidate customer and business value, risks, regulatory considerations, costs and capacity to aid decision-making
- experience with developing operating models, portfolio management or reporting and implementation in an organization
- analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to produce clear situational analyses and dashboards
- strong collaboration and influencing skills with stakeholders
- ability to navigate large-scale programs and implement changes effectively
