Property Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a driven and innovative Property Maintenance Service Supervisor to join RTK-Palvelu Oy in Vaasa. You will be responsible, together with the team, for the operational planning of property maintenance at our client sites and ensuring smooth daily operations. You should have experience in supervisory roles and in managing customer relationships with a proven track record. You’ll need relevant property services expertise and professional qualifications. In addition to a driving license, you must have a valid safety card and hot-work permit, for which we provide training. Your working style is customer-oriented and solution-focused. You thrive in changing situations and your communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills are your assets.
