Food Production Operator

We are seeking a fish fileter and production worker for the Lahti region. For our food industry client, we are looking for a diligent and skilled fish filleting worker. Production facilities are located within easy reach of Lahden keskusta, less than 10 kilometers from Lahden city center. Your responsibilities will mainly involve filleting fish and handling, as well as a variety of other food production tasks as part of a team. Work is carried out in cool production spaces. Shifts are primarily morning hours on weekdays, with some possibility of evenings and weekends. We expect you to have previous experience in fish filleting and a valid hygiene pass, plus a precise and reliable approach, and a willingness to work as part of a production team and take part in various production tasks.
