Sales Assistant

This role is active and multi-channel: you meet customers in-store and assist online shoppers via chat. You identify needs, propose a working solution and ensure the customer knows what to buy and why. You will sell DNA plans, internet, entertainment services, devices and accessories. You will serve customers face-to-face in-store and via chat and phone. You will proactively initiate conversations and guide customers toward a purchase. You maintain the store appearance and daily basics. You will track targets, practice new things and brainstorm with the team. You will work according to store opening hours, including evenings and weekends. This could be your place if you are motivated by goals, comfortable meeting different people, and able to explain technical things clearly. You will listen, ask questions and take responsibility for your work. The role requires you to be of legal age, fluent in Finnish and good English. A credit check will be performed. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
