We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Architect who is passionate about understanding customer business needs and the value that automation and process intelligence can deliver. Vivicta’s Intelligent Automation practice specializes in end-to-end business process analysis and automation, enabling improved efficiency across industries. You will work with modern technologies, contribute to team growth, and support sales and presales activities in a global environment. Key responsibilities: Develop automation roadmaps and action plans for the local market in collaboration with the global Intelligent Automation team Drive business cases, governance models, change management, and process optimization initiatives Analyze and introduce new automation and AI technologies within business contexts Evaluate and select optimal technologies for scalable enterprise automation solutions Act as a thought leader in Intelligent Automation for customers and internal stakeholders Collaborate closely with market units, customer teams, and sales organizations Contribute to both short-term and long-term business growth within the Intelligent Automation area Participate in customer engagements as a billable consultant Build and expand networks with customers and partners to support business growth Contribute to the global development of Intelligent Automation offerings Required competencies: Several years of experience in Intelligent Automation Strong background in consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership Experience in presales and sales within automation services Experience with AI, automation, and process redesign initiatives Expertise in: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process mining, Process development and modeling, Process optimization, Automation solution architecture and Agentic AI Experience in productizing services and building repeatable solutions Ability to work across teams and collaborate in a global environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, “can-do” attitude Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English What we offer: Professional growth opportunities and challenging projects Open and collaborative culture Strong work-life balance Opportunity to shape a fast-growing, strategic area Flexible hybrid working model A learning-focused environment that encourages continuous development Did we get you inspired? Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation roadmaps and action plans for the local market in collaboration with the global Intelligent Automation team
  • Drive business cases, governance models, change management, and process optimization initiatives
  • Analyze and introduce new automation and AI technologies within business contexts
  • Evaluate and select optimal technologies for scalable enterprise automation solutions
  • Act as a thought leader in Intelligent Automation for customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Intelligent Automation
  • Strong background in consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership
  • Experience in presales and sales within automation services
