Group Exercise Instructor

SATS has the largest offering of group training in the Nordics and we are always looking for more inspiring group instructors. As an employee at SATS, you make a difference. You should have a basic belief that physical activity improves people's quality of life, a strong interest in training, enjoy inspiring and motivating others, be good at building relationships, be over 18, comfortable with presenting or eager to learn, confident in communication, social, service-minded, and personally suitable. You will have the opportunity to work with a vital group training product that is constantly evolving, and to develop through our internal SATS Academy. The recruitment event will be held in Drammen on September 8, 2026. No prior instructor education or experience is required; SATS supports you through education and your career. The first step is GXI Introduction in Oslo on September 17, followed by various foundation courses in different training disciplines. The training is free for all instructors, with full attendance required. The process includes registration, payment, and theory via Improve Education. The training paths include GXI Foundation and specialized courses for different training types.
