We are looking for a service supervisor for a permanent position in Turku. As a service supervisor you will work as part of the cleaning service team and in your mobile role you are responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of our client companies. The job includes: employee orientation; covering sudden absences; participating in maintenance cleaning; self-evaluation of quality; laundry rounds; handling complaints. We expect from the applicant a customer-service mindset, ability to handle pressure, problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a busy environment. We also value previous experience in cleaning and tact. We hope for flexibility regarding working hours due to weekend locations. We require: a proactive attitude; reliability and commitment; previous experience in cleaning tasks is an advantage but not essential as we provide thorough training; driving license (B); fluent Finnish and English.
