Pennylane is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People team. The HRBP will support and execute projects and functions designed by the HR Development Manager, partnering with managers and employees across the organization to drive talent management, learning and development, organizational design, performance, rewards and retention. The role requires strong communication in both French and English, capability to design and implement processes, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities
- Set up rituals with managers and teams to build trust and be the contact point for HR needs
- Guide managers on organisation design, performance reviews, promotions, compensation
- Advise employees on learning and development opportunities and career paths
- Maintain internal communications and uphold company policies and culture
Requirements
- Experience in HR partnering in a fast-growing environment
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, learning, development, compensation & benefits
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
