We are seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. The role involves customer service in vehicle maintenance, workshop supervision, appointment scheduling, parts orders, and daily collaboration with customers, technicians, and partners. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth service experience from start to finish. Requirements include experience in vehicle maintenance or workshop work; strong organizational and teamwork skills; ability to multitask in a busy environment; proficient computer and software use; excellent Finnish and functional English for customer service, a positive and solution-oriented attitude, and interest in the automotive sector and its development. A background in automotive education, technical competence, and experience with AutoFutur workshop systems are advantageous.
