Nordby store sales position. You will be in the fast-paced Rusta environment, at the cash desk, among the shelves, and in our campaigns, creating customer experiences. You’ll greet customers with a smile, ensure the store is tidy, stocked and inspiring. You may help a customer find the right curtain one day and reorganize a department the next. We’ll train you, but you should enjoy talking with people, solving problems quickly, and be able to work morning, day, evening and weekends. Previous retail experience is nice but not required. An initial chat interview with our chatbot Hubert will precede human interviews. The process includes a short service test, an on-site interview, and digital reference checks. Start 2026-09-01; end 2027-08-13; salary according to collective agreement.
