We are seeking warm and reliable Kultapalat family daycare carers to join our growing team in Rauma. Caregivers open their homes to children and provide safe, high-quality early childhood education in small groups of up to four children. We offer a structured framework for activities while preserving the freedom to shape the day. The role includes delivering quality early childhood education and supporting children’s development within a home-based setting. The position includes franchising as part of the Kultapalat network. Responsibilities also include participating in ongoing training and working with a supportive community of Kultapalat carers. We value good interpersonal skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to build trust with both children and adults.
