Cleaning Service Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and capable Cleaning Service Supervisor for Kajaani Central Hospital. The position is permanent part-time and starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found. You will work daily with staff, customers and other partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and that cleaning services are delivered to a high standard. As a Service Supervisor you will support your supervisor, with duties including planning daily tasks and shifts, onboarding and guiding staff, client meetings and ensuring the quality of cleaning work, monitoring reports and documents (e.g. updating work instructions), placing material orders, and answering phone calls (also on weekends). We value clear communication and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Requirements: ability to communicate clearly and guide staff, a positive service attitude and collaboration skills, flexibility in working hours and the ability to handle changing situations, proactive, responsible and precise work approach. Good language skills in Finnish and English are important; Russian language is a plus. We also view cleaning industry experience or frontline supervisory experience as advantageous. Training will be provided, and you will receive strong support from the team and your supervisor. Salary follows the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement: group 3 (13.22 €/h) for regular tasks and group 4 (13.88 €/h) for supervisory duties, plus experience-based additional pay and on-call weekend allowances. Weekly hours: 30–37.5h, typically Monday–Friday 7:00–18:00 with flexibility.
