Job Details
Responsibilities
- Expanding pipelines for all positions in 3 different countries
- Coordinating the recruiting process for all positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire
- Maintaining candidate databases via an applicant tracking system
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
- Crafting and sending engaging recruiting emails to entice top candidates
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Creating policies to support company business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Advanced level of English
- Fresh graduate or internship experiences in related field
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
- Strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
