We are seeking resource childcare assistants for Håkansböle day care and Trollebo day care in Vanda. You will work as a resource childcare assistant in Swedish-speaking day cares. You will join a team of knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, in a positive work culture where we develop together. Our work is based on the vision of Vanda Cityfs Swedish-language service area: We grow, play and learn together for a sustainable future. We value an inclusive, safe and sustainable operational culture where the best interests of the child are always the focus. In the 2026–2027 program year we will especially work on themes of language and communication, play, and well-being. Our unit participates in the ProSmå project aimed at strengthening children's socio-emotional skills and promoting positive interactions across the day care. Task: As a resource childcare assistant you provide children with safety, care and support in everyday life. You can assist pedagogy in all groups in a versatile way, supporting teams and collaborating with multiprofessional actors. You actively contribute to developing an inclusive culture across the unit. We expect you to: work well in a team, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, meet the children in a considerate way based on their individual needs.
