Resource Childcare Assistant

We are seeking resource childcare assistants for Håkansböle day care and Trollebo day care in Vanda. You will work as a resource childcare assistant in Swedish-speaking day cares. You will join a team of knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, in a positive work culture where we develop together. In the 2026–2027 program year we will especially work on themes of language and communication, play, and well-being. Our unit participates in the ProSmå project aimed at strengthening children's socio-emotional skills and promoting positive interactions across the day care. Task: As a resource childcare assistant you provide children with safety, care and support in everyday life. You can assist pedagogy in all groups in a versatile way, supporting teams and collaborating with multiprofessional actors. You actively contribute to developing an inclusive culture across the unit. We expect you to: work well in a team, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, meet the children in a considerate way based on their individual needs.
