The role sits within Nebius’ data center operations. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, perform diagnostics on server and network hardware, and ensure smooth operation of critical systems. - Monitor and support IT infrastructure for optimal performance and uptime
- Diagnose and resolve server and network hardware issues
- Install, upgrade, and decommission IT hardware
- Manage and maintain fiber optic connectivity
- Handle RMAs in accordance with procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain documentation related to hardware configuration and maintenance
Requirements
- Solid understanding of server and networking equipment
- Hands-on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues
- Proactive, responsible, results-driven attitude
