Responsibilities
- Prepare technical committee agendas and minutes (Dynasty), drafting texts and ensuring execution of decisions.
- Process decisions and handle case management in Dynasty.
- Support area managers with decisions, processing and implementation.
- Manage the unit's archives.
- Develop, prepare, implement and execute procurements (Cloudia).
- Prepare and handle contract documents (tender/contract management).
- Publish and manage recruitment applications.
- Assist with budgeting, semi-annual reports and annual financial statements.
- Other administrative and archival tasks as assigned by the technical director.
- Provide customer service and guidance to residents on the department’s inquiries.
Requirements
- Higher education degree suitable for administration (e.g., Bachelor-level such as tradenomi) or equivalent administrative qualification with solid work experience.
- Excellent Finnish oral and written skills and ability to produce error-free official text.
- Proficient digital skills and experience with office software (MS Office).
- Independent, meticulous and precise work attitude and good resilience under changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
