For more than 125 years Flender has offered a broad range of gearboxes, couplings, generators and related services for key industries. Exciting tasks await you: janitorial services with a focus on heating, sanitation, ventilation and installation work across the plant; representation and support of the building and facilities services; independent sanitation, building, ventilation and cosmetic repairs as well as coordination of external contractor deployments; maintenance of the central heating plant (8.6 MW) including maintenance work of any kind; fault finding and remediation across the piping network and all building technical systems at the site; inspection rounds and functional checks on building technical installations; support for maintenance measures of machine tools during capacity bottlenecks; documentation of performed work. You are strong in: completed vocational training as skilled worker or plant mechanic in heating, sanitation, water, gas technology or equivalent; cross-disciplinary HLKS-, electrical-, and fire protection-technical knowledge desirable; strong service orientation and independent and flexible working style; driving license class B advantageous but not mandatory.
