Club Coach

Seuravalmentaja – Leppävaaran Pallo (LePa) seeks an enthusiastic and committed part-time head coach for the 8v8 competition team for the 2026–2027 season. The role focuses on planning and delivering high-quality coaching, inspiring children to learn, train, and love football, and collaborating with other team stakeholders. The position offers flexible duties according to your skills and available hours, with opportunities to take on additional tasks by agreement. Requirements include strong social and pedagogical skills with children and youth, good organizational and collaboration abilities, and completion of the required Palloliitto age-group training. Finnish language proficiency is required; sports, education, or coaching qualifications are valued. Prior coaching experience is beneficial but the willingness to learn and develop is valued most.
