We are seeking a substitute kurator for the Pohjanmaan wellbeing region with placements at Optimas unit in Uusikaarlepyy and Oxhamnin school in Pietarsaari. The substitution begins 26.10.2026 and ends 11.6.2027. Knowledge and experience of working with youths with disabilities is considered advantageous. Eligibility: a university degree referred to in 7 § or 8 § 1 moment of the Social Welfare Act (817/2015) or a degree suitable for social work, education or behavioral sciences. The education must include or in addition include university studies (60 credits) consisting of social work university studies or studies included in the degree referred to in 8 § 1 moment of the Social Welfare Act. Eligible are also those who meet the requirements under the amendments to the Student and Student Welfare Act. Good spoken and written skills in both national languages. The selected must present a criminal records extract as referred to in 6 § 2 of the Criminal Records Act. A probationary period applies.
