ICT Quality Manager for Kanta-Häme Wellbeing Services - Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue - Hämeenlinna, Finland

We are seeking an ICT Quality Manager for a permanent position to enhance the quality, process capability, transparency, and productivity of the information management services and development. The work can primarily be performed remotely. The start date is flexible, with the goal of beginning in summer 2026. As ICT Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the overall quality management of the wellbeing area's information management, processes related to ICT service delivery and change management, testing and quality assurance practices, and the development of supporting tools. This role is central to coordinating service delivery and development. Your responsibilities include, among others: Developing, maintaining, and implementing IT service management (ITIL) processes for information management; Ensuring the functionality, consistency, and continuous improvement of service delivery and development processes; Developing ITSM tools (e.g., ticketing, CMDB, reporting, automation tools) in collaboration with ICT service managers, architects, and other experts; Overseeing testing processes and practices, including acceptance criteria, quality assurance, and testing tools; Acting as testing lead in significant projects and changes when needed; Systematically reporting observations, risks, and development needs related to ICT service quality to management and decision-makers; Developing and implementing ICT change management processes to ensure controlled changes, risk management, and service quality; May include service delivery management responsibilities (ICT Service Manager role) in designated system service areas, with direct supervisory duties; Monitoring and reporting on objectives (OKRs) for your area; Collaborating closely with ICT service managers, security, technology managers, development projects, and vendors. The role is positioned in middle management, with the ICT Service Manager as your direct supervisor.
