Dairy Plant Worker

The Meijerityöntekijä (Materials Team) position is based in Riihimäki, Finland, and is a fixed-term contract until 30 April 2027 with a start in September 2026. The role is part of the Materials Team responsible for internal logistics of packaging materials, raw materials, and additives, ensuring smooth production. Main duties include procurement of packaging materials, raw materials and additives from internal warehouses, receiving and shipping materials to production, managing balances and tracing stock, moving raw materials and collecting according to production plans, feeding raw materials into processes (tank handling, suction unit operation, weighing and dosing of powders and flavours), moving waste on hyg2 and outdoor areas, collecting and dispatching materials and raw materials to R2 per production needs. The candidate should be careful, proactive, able to work in a team and independently, willing to perform physically demanding shift work, adapt to changing conditions and develop operational methods, and committed to food safety. SAP and MMC system knowledge, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and forklift driving are advantageous ( forklift training provided if needed ).
